Tasting Notes
Every sip sings with massive notes of horse blanket and over-steeped chamomile. Tart flashes light up your palate with lip-smacking hints of citrus and stone fruit. It’s like you’re washing down an overripe apricot with a spot of tea while watching ponies prance through a pastoral farmyard!

Very acidic and complex. Lemon citric leads the way with soft palate and minerality. Some umami notes from what I think is the French oak.

As this one warmed up, a very pleasant orange character was in the aroma. The blend of a strong tartness with a slight funkiness in the taste was fantastic.
