About This Beer
Each year during coolship season, this crew brews their beloved SPON with Hill Country well water, Texas-grown malted barley and raw wheat, and aged hops from their very own barn. Then they allow the wort to cool overnight, picking up plenty of Texas terroir from 100% wild, naturally occurring yeasts.
This blend features SPON from 2020, 2021, and 2022 — making for a bona fide victory lap of brewing excellence!
Tasting Notes
The sip starts out bright and tangy, with pops of succulent stone fruit coursing throughout. A hoppy herbaceousness swirls underneath, alongside funky horse blanket undertones. Then it all culminates in a crisp and effervescent finish!
