Tasting Notes

Expect a little pucker in this tart cider — the crew at Starcut loaded it with tang Balaton and Montmorency varieties. But the crisp, slightly sweet apple base balances those flavors beautifully, for a sip that’s full of ripe, fruity goodness, but still approachable. Even so, the remarkably dry finish is shockingly refreshing, making this Cider hard to put down.

Strong scent and flavor of cherry, with a mild tartness. A slightly bitter, medicinal aftertaste that takes away from an otherwise great fruited cider.
