About This Beer
The 2026 blend matured in a spirit-soaked medley of oak, including seven-year Weller Bourbon, 10-year Buffalo Trace Bourbon, nine-year Stagg Jr. Bourbon, eight-year Willett Bourbon, and 15-year Old Fitzgerald Bourbon barrels. Then the brewers finished it on copious amounts of toasted coconut flakes, unsweetened raw coconut chips, and toasted hazelnuts.
Tasting Notes
Look forward to big chocolate and coconut aromas spilling out of the inky-black pour alongside plenty of top-shelf bourbon. On the sip, fudge should flow to the forefront, balanced by a brushstroke of creamy coconut. We’re expecting deep whiskey oak tones to come through on the finish, with a kiss of Nutella-like hazelnut lingering on the palate at the end.
