About This Beer
The celebrated NC crew at Fonta Flora crafted this West Coast-style Pils with a light, clean base of locally grown Pilsner malt and dextrin. They hopped it with Citra, Strata, and experimental variety HBC 630, then hit it with the same cones again in the dry hop, giving each swig of this crusher plenty of flavor.
Tasting Notes
Massive waves of biscuity malts carry subtle orange blossom and strawberry nuances along for the ride. Hints of pineapple and green grass coast mid-sip before it all crashes into a cracker-crisp finish with lingering pepper and berry notes.

Floral hoppy aroma and flavor. Nice balance but definitely hoppy/bitter for a Pilsner. Advertised as West Coast Pilsner. Medium-light bodied and fairly smooth. 🇺🇸🇮🇱

Creamy head, bright floral aroma, crisp lemon taste, subtle hops bite, light and refreshing, comes across like a WC IPA & Pils shandy.
