About This Beer
This is the first batch of Stickee Monkee since 2018! Firestone Walker brews this one up with cellaring in mind, so if you happen to grab more than one, feel free to stash one or more away for added complexity! Between the Belgian candi sugars and the careful barrel aging in select Elijah Craig, Woodford Reserve, and Four Roses bourbon barrels, there’s so much to ponder on every sip.
Tasting Notes
Each sip is a decadent whirlpool of bourbon and belgian candi sugar flavors! Fudge, coconut, tobacco hints lead into a thick body, filled with caramel and winter spice on the finish, lingering with a tongue tingling, oh-so-satisfying heat.
