About This Beer
To create it, the brewers scoured their legendary cellars, blending barrel aged Saisons, Wild Ales, and Sours into a mildly tart base. Then they loaded the beer with hand-processed nectarines from the Pacific Northwest.
Tasting Notes
The final product tastes like a warm summer day in a glass! The brew beautifully captures the full flavor of a ripe nectarine picked fresh off the tree, accentuated by lightly funky grassy nuances and hints of oak.
