About This Beer
Every autumn, the Oregon crew conjures this sippable spirit with extra pale malt, flaked wheat, and flaked oats for a brew with a spectrally pale yellow appearance and a silky body. I’m dying to know what’s in the hop bill, but it’s a secret Block 15 will take to their graves!
It startles with all the hop aroma and flavor of an IPA, but with the rich maltiness and eerily easy drinkability of a Pale Ale. It’s phantom 8.75% ABV lurks completely undetectable!
Tasting Notes
Bright, tangy citrus swirled with mango hovers through every smooth sip. Wisps of blueberry materialize with herbs and florals following after like a shadow. A handful of earth and pine snaps Story of the Ghost to a close.

dry taste, more traditional IPA taste.

fruity but not enough to overpower the hops, which are prominent.
4.0
Thick creamy head, herbaceous aroma, upfront hops bite, tropical fruit and citrus tastes, subtle floral, herbal, and pine notes, and lingering bitterness.

the double hops and co2 packaging was a little much, even for me. i liked it! dont get me wrong. but i wont be coming back to it any time soon. oddly enough tasted better when I put it in a chilled glass. a pretty dank and dark hazy so if you like them strong, it is a good one to get!
