About This Beer
To make this one, the brewers started with a tangy base, fermented and aged in the mysterious depths of oak barrels. Then they conditioned it on an implausible amount of Washington grown cherries and raspberries.
Tasting Notes
Look for flickers of brambleberry flavor lurking throughout the dark red pour, with hints of fruit punch and dark cherry glowing in background. A touch of oaky funk adds inscrutable complexity, with tones of turned earth and hayloft giving way to a crisp, dry finish.
