About This Beer
Gabe Fletcher got together with fellow bladesmith, Salem Straub, to craft this namesake IPA.
While Straub struck steel, Fletcher forged this sessionable sipper, brewing and double dry hopping it with heaps of Luminosa, Peacharine, and Nectaron Hops. Unique innovations in the mash process resulted in a full, satisfying brew with a delicate 2.6% ABV.
Tasting Notes
We’re looking forward to being riveted by complex layers of lupulin-laced juice in every soft swig. Expect supple surges of peach, guava, and mango folding into ribbons of candied pineapple and zesty lime. An understated herbal character ought to ground the gulp ahead of a lush stone fruit finish.
