Not a bad light strawberry sour with some light vanilla. Decent fruit/tart balance. Was hoping for more of a pastry sour considering the name… 😢

Sweet lord this thing is amazing. Delicious strawberry flavor up front, that never gets close to being too sweet, that ends with a smooth, breast vanilla note that emulates shortbread. I could crush these all day.

Very disappointing considering how much I loved the blueberry one. Strawberry taste was weak overall.

Not one of GN's best. Fairly bland compared to most of their sour ales. No shortcake taste whatsoever. Still not a horrible drink though. Just doesn't live up to what I know GN is capable of.

It didn't not taste like a strawberry shortcake. I thought it tasted like cleaning products. My husband said it tasted like sour berries with the faintest hint of strawberry.
