About This Beer
First, the OEC crew started by brewing a snappy base with Czech Pilsner and Cara Pils malts. Then they hit it with a dose of Hersbrucker Hops, let it undergo cool open fermentation, and lagered for several months prior to packaging.
Tasting Notes
The final result positively bursts with refreshing summery vibes. Notes of fresh baked bread course through the sip, with delicate ribbons of subtle honey sweetness rippling underneath. A touch of lemon and floral jasmine shine on the backend, leading to a thirst-quenching, effervescent finish.

Pretty basic lager. Crushable.

This one strikes me as very “German”. Refined, clean, and balanced with lots of flavor. A definite thirst quencher with a sessionable ABV. I could drink this all day.
