A Note on This Beer
You probably think of Farmhouse-style beer when you hear the word “Saison.” But, today’s Sun’s Out Saison is a ripe and radiant Cider!
In addition to fresh-pressed Northwest apples and freestone peaches, the Cidercraft Awards Gold medalists at 2 Towns Ciderhouse use French saison yeast to coax out a crispness not normally found in Ciders packing this much juice.
The result is an ideal summer quencher. Every 5.6% ABV sip brims with ripe apple and fuzzy peach notes, wrapped in a lip-smackingly dry and softly tart body.
Better whip out the sunscreen and shades, because you’ll want to relax outdoors all afternoon with this fresh can o’ sunshine.

Did not miss on the Saison flavor. Nicely balanced out the sour notes, but could have used a touch more sweet.

Pretty good, not great. Kinda plain? Not really exciting or too flavorful.

I shared this with friends at a small get together I had and they loved it. They are normally wine drinkers but wanted something different. This hit the spot for them. They found it light and refreshing. They also liked it over a little ice versus no ice. I only had a taste and instantly wished I had bought more.

Just enough of the saison taste for me to still enjoy it, pretty good!

Super Crushable! This is one of those amazing light ciders that borders on soda-cider! It’s a heavenly Devine flavor of apple and ripe peach that delivers the delicious right through the finish! Glad it’s not high alcohol I’d end up passed out if I had a bunch more! It is so refreshing yet flavorful and you may just get a little happier just from drinking it!!
