About This Beer
To craft it, the Aslin crew started by aging Imperial Stout and Barleywine in a mix of Weller, EH Taylor, and Four Roses bourbon barrels for three years. Then they blended it all together for a sipper that’d put even Ben & Jerry’s best to shame!

It’s got all the desserty decadence of your favorite frozen treat with cascades of dark chocolate, whiskey caramel, and oaky vanilla tones on every sumptuous swig. Hints of woody spice add a delicious complexity, while an amaretto note on the finish acts as the cherry on top.
