This roasty Imperial Stout hibernated for 19 months in Blanton’s bourbon barrels, where the chocolatey malts picked up infusions of oaky vanilla and matured to a 15.8% ABV.
Tasting Notes
Each onyx pour of this smoothly boozy brew courses with fudgy mocha swirls and roasty, toasty nuances. The flavor of black coffee churns in the cocoa-y depths, while notes of bourbon and woodspice accent the finish.
