About This Beer
To craft this stunner, the legends at Side Project teamed up with friends at Sante Adairius Rustic Ales. The duo started by brewing a Lager before aging it for 12 months in French oak barrels with Brett. Then they blended it with Side Project’s renowned Saison, Oude Fermier, and their Brett Beer, Home. They also wove in Sunsets — another Side Project and Sante Adairius collaborative Saison. Finally, the brew was bottle conditioned for four months with cultures from both breweries.
Tasting Notes
Tart lemongrass nuances lead each quaff into wafts of hay and funk. Hints of freshly baked baguette and honey swirl underneath before a refreshing, tannic oak finish.
