To make this neapolitan ice cream-inspired Mead, the Arizona-based crew teamed up with their friends at 3 Sons Brewing. Together, they loaded a honey base with plenty of cacao, strawberries, and vanilla, then let it slumber in bourbon barrels for nine months.
