About This Beer
Fonta Flora started with an Amber Ale made from locally-grown barley and a dash of caramel malt. After a first fermentation using their favorite house Ale yeast, the team refermented Supper Table atop loads of delectable North Carolina sweet potatoes. Finally, they aged the brew on a thoughtful blend of cinnamon, ginger, allspice, cardamom, clove, nutmeg, and vanilla.

Pour a glass, and rich, earthy nuances of sweet potato custard and peppery spice will delight your senses. Pumpkin pie-like aromas lead you into smooth, crisp quaffs flowing with balanced bursts of caramel and chai.
