About This Beer
North Carolina’s legendary brew crew totally hopped this brew with an ocean’s worth of Mosaic, Citra, Centennial, and Columbus. And they used loads of barley and a touch of wheat for a radical swell of citrusy flavor.
Tasting Notes
Righteous waves of tangy grapefruit and sun-kissed lemon nuances crest with mellow mango tones. It all crashes into West Coast-lines of pine for a tubular brew you could crush all day.

Drinkable but nothing special. Quite a bit of bitter with no balance. Dry

Very dry finish; not as smooth, has a little bitter bite to it which some like just not me

Pours foamy and lightly hazey. Malty and full of biscuit flavor, a hint of the hops starts to peak through as it finishes dry and toasty.

Balanced West Coast with pine, biscuit, and hints of tropical notes. Finishes clean with low bitterness and more pine.

Feel the swell. An everyday IPA by drink, but not by price.

Wow, just a perfect hazy IPA! Full and complex flavor profile without being too sweet. Just delicious.

Very well balanced with a really nice layer of bitterness below a nice slightly floral and refreshing and hoppy finish. In a world where most IPA’s go for the extremes of juicy or bitter this is a great reminder there is value to balance

Foamy white head, hazy appearance, fresh floral tropical aroma, upfront spiciness, juicy resinous hops taste with a touch of wheat, nice mouthfeel from the barley, and lingering bitterness.

Creamy and smooth. Not much of a hop bitterness. Maybe a slight apricot.

Skipped this one when we visited Burial hoping to catch it in the can later. And here we are!! Really, really solid house IPA. Smooth citrus & tropical hops with a bit of grainy malt on the finish.

Nice dry finish, west coast ipa with notes of blueberry citrus. Could drink this as a staple in the fridge.

Grab your surfboard, and do not bury this one in the back of your fridge, because this is better than lots of West Coast IPAs I have access to on the daily. “¡Vaya Con Dios!”
