About This Beer
This opulent Stout is brimming with roasty coffee, cinnamon, maple, honey, and fluffy marshmallows.
Tasting Notes
This smooth sipper rolls across your palate like marbles. Your taste buds will think you’re taking them out to brunch as rich waves of cereal milk and maple latte wash over you, deceptively masking the 10.3% ABV!

Amazing. Strong coffee flavor and well balanced with maple and marshmallow. Thick but smooth. Love this one.

This is what craft beer is all about. When I popped open the can the scents
of coffee, marshmallow and chocolate filled my kitchen. Starbucks should be serving this brew. Absolutely incredible!

Poured from a 16 ounce undated can into a snifter.
Look- Deep brown, oodles of large visible particulate, opaque, medium brown frothy head, average head retention, below average lacing, slight granular residue on the glass wall.
Smell- Cinnamon, maple, honey, coffee, funky marshmallow, medium strength of scent.
Taste- Maple, cinnamon, coffee, honey, sweet, high strength of flavor.
Feel- Between medium and full body, silky, syrup like, moderately mouth warming, highly mouth coating, mild bitterness, high sweetness, slightly below average carbonation.
Overall- Nice deep brown color with an abundance of visible particulate. Bouquet was not appealing due to a weird marshmallow note that really affected the scent as a whole. Flavors were a pleasant mix of maple, cinnamon and coffee with no sign of the unsavory marshmallow flavor. Feel had great mouth coating and warming qualities with a silky smoothness. This beer provided a good drinking experience with the exception of a less than desirable bouquet.

Super thick, but was really smooth!

Gloopy pour, creamy head, maple and raspberry aroma, coffee and cinnamon tastes with hints of honey and marshmallow. I’m not a fan of gloopy beers, if you’re going to make them please indicate on the can how to deal with them.

The maple really stands out on this one! Tasty!

Very sweet to the detriment of the underlying stout base. Cinnamon notes and definitely honey are prevalent.

Murky chocolate milk. Nice Imperial Stout with lots of coffee and maple syrup. Would be good with breakfast.
