A Note on This Beer
Around this time of year, it feels like everyone and their grandmas start sippin’ on nothing but dense and boozy brews. It can be a little much, sometimes.
‘Cause, when I want to quench my thirst with something flavorful and bright at 9:00pm on a Tuesday, I need a refreshing crusher! That’s why I’m loading up the beer fridge with today’s T-Dome Pils.
With its feather-light body offering up big flavors of caramelized apricots laid over honey-coated biscuits, T-Dome puts the “T” in tasty! And the way it finishes as crisp as a sunny autumn afternoon with a bitter kiss of lemon zest, it’s just the kind of respite my palate craves after a long week of Dark Beer tasting.
The best part about T-Dome is that it comes from a hidden gem just a short drive south of my Seattle home. Tacoma’s E9 Brewing has been quietly dominating the scene for years. They’ve won loads of medals at the Washington Beer Awards, and they were even crowned Best Midsize Brewery in the state several years running!
Yet, they’re still a squirreled-away secret to most of the world beyond our Evergreen borders. Good news is, I secured a tiny 30 case stock of their zesty T-Dome Pils for you to taste!
So, while you don’t need to break away from winter’s impending flood of Dark Beers, T-Dome will offer you a refreshing break when you need it.
