A Note on This Beer
As a kid, I loved sneaking orange creamsicles out of the freezer on hot summer days. Now that I’m an adult, I’d much rather cool down with an ice-cold craft beer. And, I don’t have to sneak around anymore!
Today’s New England IPA strikes a delightful balance — it tastes just like that deliciously melty citrus dessert, but with a 6.5% ABV!
The family-owned brewery, Austin Brothers Beer Co., packed this brew with loads of fresh tangerines and heaps of Madagascar vanilla beans to coax out a mouthwatering swirl of tangy citrus and sweet smoothness.
It’s a wonder the brewers didn’t add any lactose, because this treat tantalizes the taste buds like a creamy sorbet on a boiling afternoon!
Summer lovin’ craft fans are diggin’ the bold flavor balance:
- “Holy cow, the vanilla is dominant in this one. So good, should have gotten more.” @Chris I.
- “Literally a tangerine smoothie, highly recommend.” @Walter N.
- “Perfect body, creamy and tasty. One of the best smoothie IPAs I’ve had.” @Brian M.
So, if you’re hankering to get every last drop out of summer, we’ve got you covered with this juicy, thirst-quenching IPA!
