About This Beer
The Taxman crew started by brewing a Belgian-style Dark Ale with chocolate rye malt and plenty of buckwheat honey. Then they added a few greenbacks in the form of Pacific Gem and Saaz Hops.
Tasting Notes
Every sip pays delicious dividends — hints of dark cherry and chocolate from the malts mingle with notes of toffee, caramel, plum, and date. And that big 10.% ABV? It couldn’t be better hidden if you kept it in an offshore account!
