very dry and slightly tart with hints of peaches. really delicious

it was fruity without being too sweet. they captured the peach flavor plus a little funk without making it a smoothie. huge fan!

sour, fruity, tastes a bit like wine

So Logsdon Peche N Brett sets the bar for a Peach farmhouse ale for me. With that in mind this just didn’t measure up. Very acerbic and lacked any balance or subtlety. More vinegar than anything in terms of flavor profile and the base beer did not come through at all. Pretty disappointing.

soft peach flavor with the wild ale. yes the bad comes across a little sour with the spontaneous ferment. the lambic methods used aren’t what I’d suspect my from first impressions but when thinking about it I’m guessing the peach just left so much more uncovered and the lower sweetness on this beer helped to. I really liked it and dare say block15 may be a Willamette Jeter King…maybe. ;-)
