About This Beer
JK crafted this hyper-limited brew with a grist of malted barley, wheat, and Hill Country well water, then added masa made by their friends at Suerte. Then they boiled it with agave salmiana from S.A.C.R.E.D. before fermenting the wort in a stainless steel tank with their house mixed culture. A final stage of bottle conditioning contributed a delicate carbonation and beautiful dryness.
Tasting Notes
Pour a glass and toddy aromas will invite you in. Each bright, smooth taste beautifully balances citrusy pops of clementine zest and muddled Meyer lemon with a subtle corn, agave, and honeysuckle sweetness. Meanwhile, earthy undertones deepen the sip with notes of hay and black tea. As it fades, a touch of top-shelf tequila lingers on.
