About This Beer
The clever Cerebral crew created it with Pilsner, Carabohemian, pale chocolate, Caramunich, and black malts, giving it a robust character. After hopping the brew with Zuper Saazer and Saaz Hops, they lagered it for six weeks in stainless steel and finished it with an additional two weeks in American oak foeders.
Tasting Notes
All that care and attention to detail adds up to a light-bodied sip serving a cascade of coffee and toast nuances.
