About This Beer
The Asheville brewers tweak the recipe each time they make a new batch of this Kölsch, so we can only speculate about exactly what’s inside of those tin cans.
Tasting Notes
What we DO know is that when you crack one open, doughy aromas and light fruity esters escape. Crackery malts follow in the sip, flowing crisp and clean, with subtle sweetness, lemony nuances, and mild, haylike hops.

Almost has an apple juice note on the flavor.

Patio beer, clean, regular crisp with a lemon zest.

It's a little flat and sweet. Not as crisp as I prefer from a Kolsch

16oz can from Tavour. Slightly cloudy golden pour, thick, airy head. Light grainy aroma with a hint of lemon. Cracker, bread flavors, light lemon, and a bit dry. Beautiful to look at and lovely to drink!

First beer I ever tried from and Asheville brewery and it was awesome. If I could get my hands on a case I’d drink it all summer by the pool.

Not a fan of the Kolsch style beer. Accidentally ordered this one... probably because of the can. With that said. I’m glad for my mistake. This beer is not too bad. Clean fresh taste!

Light citrus, grassy, and lemon notes in aroma. Cracker and malt up front with light fruity notes popping up midway through the taste. Mildly crisp.

By the label on the can, you'd think it's some kind of juicy pineapple mango double hazy imperial IPA with a special blend of XYZ hops and some kind of lupy extract.... But it's not. It's really a delightful kolsch style brew. Get some.
