Absolutely loved this cider. Was not too sweet, not too crisp, not too tart... it was very well balanced

Tropical scent with smoky notes. Pineapple comes through, complementing the apple rather than dominating. Some fruity sweetness, but overall quite dry. Finishes with a mild heat, more akin to a kick of ginger than the spiciness expected from the chipotle.

Subtle pineapple flavor, and don’t really get the chipotle. But… really tasty anyway. Not too tart or sweet. Nicely balanced cider.
