About This Beer
The award-winning team carefully crafted each of the base beers with a grain bill of Pilsner, 2-row, malted wheat, unmalted wheat, flaked oats and Carapils. They hopped them with aged Saaz and EKG and matured the brews for between one and three years in oak before blending and bottle conditioning.
Tasting Notes
Soft sips of the tangy, multi-year melange will treat you to notes of crisp white grape and earthy pear, along with plenty of barnyard funk. Zesty lemon nuances ripple through hayfield tones before whispers of white pepper and oaky vanilla grace through the finish.

First taste the savory and pear really came through. The sour kicks in after a bit, but overall, this is a tasty, layered brew.

It’s a super special edition wild ale. I knew what it was gonna taste like. I wasn’t wrong.
