About This Beer
To craft The Bottom of My Glass Be Nevermore, the North Carolina crew teamed up with Edmund’s Oast Brewing Co. Together, the duo started with a rich base before layering it with rum barrel-aged vanilla, toasted pineapple, toasted banana, toasted coconut, and orange zest. Then they rounded out the tropical dessert tones with Burial Skillet coffee.
Tasting Notes
Look for silky colada cream aromas to waft out of every pour with hints of mocha in the periphery. Anticipate artisanal Almond Joy nuances soaking into banana bread tones and a touch of cold brew on the velvety quaff. Notes of dark chocolate orange and brown sugar should emerge as the brew warms, further obscuring the 12% ABV.
