This is a tasty enough vegetal lambic. It has a decent body that’s not particularly light or heavy and a tasty, subtly sour and tart, flavor with V8 Orange Carrot-ish flavor to it. It’s not bad but I was hoping that it would be a bit more interesting.

Carrot juice gimmick and color make you think this is going to drink like a thick sweet fruit beer, but this was actually more funky and tart, like a borderline lambic style. Fun to try, not sure id repeat.

Farmhouse, carrot funk. Interesting and enjoyed it.

Very sour, not a lot of carrot due to it all sticking at the bottom of bottle

Farmhouse funk on the nose. Taste is complex combination of tartness, yeastiness, and earthiness. Carrots make their presence known in the aftertaste making for an unexpectedly pleasant experience. Fabulous!

Haven't had many wild ales but this is a decent one. Carrot flavor is there, just not alot of it. Rotated the bottle like it said, still alot of carrot at the bottom of the bottle. The glass is nice but seems lightweight, I'm afraid it'll shatter easily.

Great sour, the carrot adds a new flavor, it’s not overpowering, just a cool beer

A little too sour for me, but still pretty good. Nice and light. A unique beer for sure and worth trying.
