Opening a brewery is always a challenge. But, opening a brewery right before a global pandemic — and still thriving? That feat deserves a gold medal!

Marco Leyte-Vidal founded Unseen Creatures in December of 2019. Just a few months later, his bodacious brews earned him a spot amongst USA Today’s Best New Breweries of 2020! 

Tasting today’s delicious Imperial IPA, we aren’t surprised.

Named for Baby Yoda in The Mandalorian, The Child boasts a Death Star’s worth of hops — 5.5 lbs of Citra and Idaho 7 per barrel! As a result, it overflows with dank, ripe pineapple, juicy mango, and pithy orange peel flavors. 

Those lush, tropical fruit notes are wrapped in a smooth, crushable, pillow-soft body, making its 7% ABV barely noticeable!

The Child is our very first brew from these Florida phenoms, whose sippers rarely leave The Sunshine State. Which means, you can be one of the first craft fans to taste it!

And since Unseen Creatures only brews in ultra-small batches, who knows if we’ll see this dank, luscious hazebomb again!
