What if someone combined the awesomeness of dank and fruit forward hops with the creaminess of a Milkshake Hazy IPA?

That’s what the hop masters at Adroit Theory created with Death of Civilization in Slow Motion: Valkyrie Edition. The resulting 8.2% ABV Hazy Double IPA gives us dank green aromas that transform into flavors of passionfruit and citrus. A dose of lactose gives it a creamy sweetness, Mosaic and Citra Hops contribute a fresh floral and citrusy flavor, and a heavy dry-hopping with El Dorado Hops bring in notes of stone fruit and pineapple.

Adroit Theory is one of the most trusted names in the Hazy IPA game. Paste Magazine called out an Adroit’s IPA as one of ten beers not to miss at GABF last year and Tavour members love Adroit as well, rating the last release in the Death of Civilization series a 4.14.

Valkyrie Edition is a seriously limited run hazy, with only 3,600 bottles in existence. But those lucky enough to try it are giving it rave reviews on Untappd with a 4.20 rating:
