About This Beer
Way back in 2014, while you were probably singing along to Happy by Pharrel Williams or discussing the new Hunger Games movie, the crew at Deschutes were busy in the brewery.
They crafted an Oud Bruin-style Ale fermented with brettanomyces yeast, and added locally grown cherries for a tangy, fruity, pop. Then they aged the beer for 18 months, using both pinot noir and cabernet barrels.
Tasting Notes
Pour this tangy brew into a tulip glass, and it will greet you with aromas of ripe stonefruit, lemongrass, and subtle vinous notes. A bit of tart wine wine character opens the sip, dissolving into nuances of earthy funk and lemon zest.

Did not get as much cherry as expected but was a decent beer otherwise.
