About This Beer

To craft this treat, the NYC adjunct experts started with a rich, silky base. Then they soaked it in some café decadence in the form of almond, vanilla, Muscovado sugar, maple, and coffee. Meanwhile, marshmallow, raspberry, and cacao nibs wrap it up like an artisanal dark chocolate truffle.

Tasting Notes

Every complex quaff brings new flavors to the forefront. Nuances of velvety mocha and toffee are met by a deep, delicate nuttiness and maple sweetness. Let it warm and bittersweet cocoa and bramble fruit rise from the delicious depths with hints of mallow cream.

Raspberry chocolate dominates throughout, with nutty almond and vanilla and sugar to add to the sweetness and balance.
