About This Beer
The brewers started with an incredibly complex Stout base, and aged it in Blis Maple Syrup Bourbon Barrels for over 36 months! That’s over three years soaking up the boozy, maple-tastic flavors in those carefully chosen casks. Then they conditioned the brew on toasted and raw coconut, and smoothed it out even more with vanilla beans.
Tasting Notes
Expect big fudgy flavors wrapped in ribbons of creamy, tropical goodness. And it should all be flooded with maple syrup and hints of whiskey caramel.

Nice thick pour the way a stout should be. Has a nose & taste up front that is more like mint than maple; not getting any coconut; some vanilla bean.
