About This Beer
To make it, the ET crew let a rich Imperial Stout base mature for 41 and ½ months in 10yr Heaven Hill bourbon barrels. And they loaded it up with a one-two punch of toasted and raw coconut!
Tasting Notes
We’re expecting some seriously decadent notes of Mounds bar to cascade overtop a roasty backbone. And all that time luxuriating in oak should translate to intricate layers of woody vanilla and top shelf bourbon.
