This latest vintage features a blend of two rich barleywines — one aged 37.5 months in Balcones Distilling Blue Corn Whiskey barrels and the other 37.5 months months in BliS Bourbon Maple Syrup barrels.
Tasting Notes
With SO much time spent luxuriating in spirited oak, we’re expecting sublime cask character to permeate every sip. Candied date and caramel undertones should lead the palate to intricate layers of tannic oak, oaky vanilla, maple, and whiskey on the finish.
