About This Beer
To craft this one, the NYC cask masters at Evil Twin teamed up with American Solera. Together, they aged a rich base in BLiS bourbon maple syrup barrels for 32.5 months. Then they conditioned the brew on roasted hazelnuts and cacao nibs for decadent Nutella nuances.
Tasting Notes
Every thick quaff is like biting into a whiskey-infused dark chocolate truffle. Silky cocoa tones melt into treacly maple with a sweet nuttiness carrying underneath. Whispers of woody spice and oaky vanilla are the only reminder of the 16% ABV.

Pours thick and black. Nice bourbon on the nose. Great silky mouthfeel with dark chocolate notes with caramel and maple finishing late. Very balanced...nothing overwhelms here. Loved it!
