Today’s beer is like a baby.

Imagine an herbaceous, hoppy hottie of an IPA and a crispy boi Pils with a craveable bod met up on a blind date. The two saw a movie, enjoyed a dinner of Simcoe, Strata, and Nelson Sauvin Hops, and one thing led to another until –– boom –– beer baby!

It has its mom’s bold, piney disposition complimented by luscious notes of juicy apricot, frosty white grape, and vibrant strawberry. And it has its dad’s levity, clean drinkability, and dry humor. 

Plus, it grew up can conditioned for a bubbly personality with a delightfully snappy wit!  

At least, that’s how I suspect Fair State Brewing and Shared Brewing *ahem* did it. But just because this beer baby’s called The Luxury of Restraint, doesn’t mean you have to hold back any of the juicy details when your friends ask where it's from!
