About This Beer
Holy Mountain and their friends at Taproom Beer Co. teamed up to make today’s shining West Coast IPA for Linc Malt’s Grainmaker Festival. The “annual bonanza of barley and beer” celebrates the Inland Northwest grain harvest with one-of-a-kind beers from dozens of breweries.
The duo crafted The Ninth Sphere with a soft, clean base featuring Buzz Pale malt and Elwha River spelt along with Simcoe, Mosaic Cryo, and Citra Incognito. Then they topped it all off with a heaping helping of Galaxy.
Tasting Notes
Each invigorating swig swells with rivers of succulent juice shaded by deep, dank undercurrents. Vibrant tangerine zest nuances weave into zings of passion fruit and apricot at the front of the sip. Notes of pineapple kush, green grass, and pine resin flow just behind, keeping the nectar beautifully balanced with the subtle rustic character of the malts.
