About This Beer
The brewers started out with a feather-soft base. They brewed it with plenty of Strata, then double dry hopped the beer with massive amounts of Strata CGX Cryo before finishing things off with a big dose of Nelson Sauvin.
Tasting Notes
Let a few pints of this stuff come flapping through your chamber door, and you can explore bold flavors of passionfruit and dank melon. Hints of pithy grapefruit flutter around the periphery before nuances of white wine swoop through the finish along with some resinous notes of pine.
