About This Beer
To craft it, the Seattle crew started with a soft base of extra pale Bohemian pilsner malt before kettle hopping it exclusively with Saaz. Then they fermented it cold with a delicate lager yeast and conditioned the brew for six weeks.
Tasting Notes
Breezy bread dough and jasmine flower aromas waft out of every pale, golden pour. Take a swig, and a lively effervescence dances across the taste buds carrying fresh baguette nuances. Accents of orange blossom, lemon zest, and sage follow. A clean, pithy bitterness decorates the back end on a satisfyingly snappy finish.
