About This Beer
To make it, the brewers first inoculated their base with wild yeasts using a coolship, allowing for 100% spontaneous fermentation. Then they added real fruit, a dash of honey, and allowed the beer to carbonate naturally in the bottles.
Tasting Notes
Here, you’ll discover a subdued tanginess — a mild, gentle tartness that you could sip all day. And notes of fresh local boysenberries, too. But again, the flavors are ethereal and relaxed, allowing notes of local grains and a demure wild funkiness to shine through.

Tasted like an actual berry. Same flavor as if you just popped a boysenberry in your mouth.

Reminiscent of a dry red wine, yet too tart to appreciate the finer aspects of the flavor profile. Fun to drink, but exaggerated in the sour area
