About This Beer
To craft this stone fruit-soaked stunner, the legendary Schramm’s crew co-fermented a carefully-selected raw orange blossom honey with premium Balaton cherries from Traverse City, Michigan.
Tasting Notes
Thick currents of lusciously sweet cherry course into nuances of juicy red wine on every sip. Flourishes of rich, golden honey swirl throughout with hints of vanilla and oak before a sophisticated tannic finish.

I make homemade mead and I’ve read Schramm’s book. My cherry mead is better and a whole lot cheaper to make at home. Schramm’s is good but too sweet.

Very sweet, boozy smell but can't taste it over the cherry. My favorite mead so far

Boozy and creamy, almost a chocolatey cherry flavor like Cherry Garcia ice cream. Booze comes on more up front, quickly fading to let the sweet cherry linger.

excellent blend of sweet honey and tart cherries, more balanced than some of their meads (though they’re all great!)
