About This Beer
To craft it, the Stout savants at Burial started with a full-bodied base brewed with barley, oats, and lactose, plus a sprinkling of dark candy sugar. Then they layered it with toasted macaroon coconut, raw coconut, Tahitian vanilla beans, and sea salt.
Tasting Notes
Waves of colada-kissed mocha splash through every sip for one heck of a brunch brew. Undercurrents of caramel and cream pie from the toasted tropical flakes might inspire you to share it for dessert instead. Careful whenever you pour it though or the 14% ABV might lull you to sleep like the gentle lapping of the ocean!
