In the 2015 vintage, a plump harvest of Gewürztraminer grapes and a blend of sour wheat and blonde ales coalesce into a white wine symphony resplendent with shades of lychee, green grapes and peachy apricot florals – all this flavor amidst a blissful dry sweetness you can’t stop commenting on.

Due to the hot temperatures in 2015’s harvest, the Gewürztraminer grapes used were deliciously ripe, yielding amplified character that allows the tart fruit medley this variety is known for to really pop. White wine barrels augment the backend with touches of wood and spice.
