About This Beer
The Prairie Stout savants aged a cocoa-y base in bourbon barrels for a whiskey character more charming than Baby Yoda. Then they conditioned it on dark chocolate creme filled cookies, toasted coconut, rich almonds, and toasty marshmallow flavor for a Krayt dragon’s worth of desserty deliciousness.
Tasting Notes
Sumptuous cascades of creamy dark chocolate and bourbon caramel surge through each thick sip. Sweet Oreo nuances underneath are mellowed by an earthy nuttiness before a wave of coconut creme on the end. A 13.6% ABV hides within, waiting to ignite like the Dark Saber.

I certainly get mountains of rich, dark fudge and Oreo creme filling, with a faint wisp of coconut. Beyond that, the other adjuncts are washed out by the sheer sweetness of the syrupy body. A tasty sipper of a pastry stout, but not a Prairie standout.
