They say Fresh Hop season comes but once a year — not for the award-winning brewers at Wild Leap!

Thanks to a partnership with the hydroponic hop growers at Extreme Green Farms, Wild Leap is bringing you a third edition of their Three Harvest DIPA (Fall 2020)!

Since Extreme Green grows their hops in a controlled environment, they’re able to do three harvests a year — and provide brewers with fresh, whole cones of totally unkilned hops. That means boatloads of fresh Cascade Hops for Wild Leap’s fall edition of Three Harvest. 

These “wet” hops have high levels of acids, oils, and aromatics that treat your taste buds to a nuanced flavor profile and the barest hint of bitterness. As a result, Three Harvest not only boasts the tropical flavors of juicy mangoes, succulent grapefruits, and creamy honeydew melons, but also a pillowy-soft mouthfeel that’s like floating on a cloud.

It’s causing hopheads like @Steve to rave, “Lots of flavor. Hoppy start . . . but smooth finish. Another Wild Leap winner!”

And @Heather M. declares, “Crushable. No way this is 8.2% ABV.”

Normally, you can only find hops this fresh during September and October. And, even with hydroponic farming, the harvest is limited to just a few times a year. So, if you want to know what fresh tastes like, we suggest diving into this delicious DIPA before it disappears!
