About This Beer
The Louisiana legends at Parish crafted a barrel aged, king cake-inspired brew so that you can get a taste of Carnival even if you didn't make it to The Big Easy.
The team began by blending Imperial Stouts aged for two years in bourbon barrels from Elijah Craig, Wild Turkey, and Jim Beam Double Oak.Then they conditioned it with plenty of Ugandan vanilla and korintje cinnamon, known for its aromatic character.
Tasting Notes
Each thick sip is like tasting the central spiral in a cinnamon roll — sweet and spiced with bready nuances that melt right into notes of caramelly whiskey oak. Roasty, cocoa-y malts hinted with dark fruit only add to this exceptional experience.
